Influencer Marketing Manager - US (gn)

About the position

MORE Nutrition, Germany’s leading functional nutrition brand, is expanding to the U.S.—and we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager (gn) to make it happen. At MORE Nutrition, we believe in empowering individuals to live healthier lives through science-backed products and engaging storytelling. As the Influencer Marketing Manager for the US, you will be at the forefront of establishing MORE Nutrition in the United States. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the brand’s presence and voice in this new and strategically important market. This is a remote position and must be based on the East Coast of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and build relationships with social media influencers who align with our brand values and vision.
• Develop and execute creative influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate attention.
• Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to create engaging, shareable content in collaboration with influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Organize influencer events, including shootings and video shoots, for our social media channels.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management, within the fitness or nutrition industry in the US.
• Confident personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Fluency in English
