About the position

We’re now looking for a part-time Influencer Marketing Specialist (ideally 15–25 hours/week) to join Laura’s team and help us scale our influencer and affiliate partnerships across the US. If you're passionate about social media, love building relationships, and want to grow your marketing skills in a fast-paced, values-driven company, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing new influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to partner with
- Building authentic, long-term relationships with creators
- Reviewing content and performance metrics
- Coordinating product gifting and promotions
- Tracking campaign results and identifying improvement opportunities
- Contributing to campaign ideas and influencer strategies
- Assisting with event planning and activations (occasionally)
Requirements
- A people person – strong communicator and relationship builder
- Passionate about social media, influencer culture, and digital trends
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with tools like Google Sheets
- Creative and proactive – you like bringing fresh ideas to the table
- Detail-oriented and reliable – you follow through
- Recent marketing graduate or early in your career (internships and part-time experience count!)
