Influencer and creator partnerships are at the core of our growth engine. We deploy six figures a month to creators across YouTube, TikTok, and beyond — and now we’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us take our program to the next level. This role is primarily focused on securing YouTube creator partnerships that drive customer acquisition and brand growth. Your top responsibility will be negotiating and closing influencer deals. Secondarily, you’ll provide administrative and onboarding support to the Influencer Manager, ensuring contracts, shipments, and tracking are handled smoothly. Finally, you’ll support creator partnership growth on TikTok Shop, helping expand our presence on the platform as part of our broader influencer strategy. Think of it as a mix of sales, talent coordination, and marketing — perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves closing deals, and is eager to grow in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach and communication with creators and agents (email, video calls, DMs, SMS).
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals confidently and persuasively.
  • Represent Tiege Hanley in negotiations — embody our values and mission with confidence and clarity.
  • Enter influencer details into tracking docs (basic Excel/Google Sheets skills required).
  • Draft contracts using existing templates.
  • Coordinate product shipments.
  • Once onboarding is complete, transition the relationship to the Influencer Manager for ongoing management.
  • Keep the creator pipeline organized and maintain consistent communication with internal team leads.
  • Support the Influencer Manager in identifying and activating creators for TikTok Shop.
  • Assist with tracking performance and scaling creator partnerships on the platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, sales, influencer partnerships, or creator/talent coordination.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and outreach software.
  • Analytical mindset (confident working with numbers).
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for social media and influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or related field preferred.
