About the position

We're looking for an Inline Stores Marketing lead to join our amazing, dynamic, fast moving team! This role creates, in partnership with cross functional teams, innovative 365 and seasonal marketing plans to drive traffic to our entire Inline Retail fleet of stores across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated marketing plans to support Performance and Sportswear through the lens of programming for Seasonal Brand stories or Sport/Cultural moments.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and leadership checkpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop marketing plans with robust and up-to-date information.
  • Present marketing plans to leadership, take feedback, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Oversee events and activations, which may require travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience achieving results in a large, diverse, matrixed company.
  • Curiosity for industry trends and consumer behavior with an emphasis on retail, events/activation planning & execution.
  • Understanding of omnichannel marketing, membership and services, and how all channels can intersect to create compelling marketing plans.
  • Ability to inspire teams with vision and instill a shared sense of purpose and direction.
  • Champions cross-functional collaboration and facilitates idea-sharing and problem solving.
  • Strong influence skills, ability to build briefs and presentations, and deliver information clearly.
