This full-time faculty position is on-campus and in-person. The marketing department is seeking to hire an individual with the interest and expertise to teach undergraduate sales courses, including Introduction to Sales, Foundations of Selling, Consultative Selling, and Sales Practicum. The position requires a master's degree, five years of professional sales experience, and two years of teaching experience. This is not a tenure-track position. The role involves teaching 12 credit hours per semester at the undergraduate level, with a primary focus on providing service to the TCU Sales Center. Additional service to the marketing department, college, and university may be required. The teaching load can be reduced to 9 credit hours per semester based on administrative service to the TCU Sales Center. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the professional environment of the Neeley School and the TCU Sales Center. Evidence of a strong track record of excellence in teaching and professional selling is essential.
