As an Integrated Marketing Manager on the Home Internet team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for T-Mobile’s rapidly growing Broadband business. In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies designed to engage and retain existing customers. You’ll lead initiatives from concept to launch—leveraging customer insights, collaborating across teams, and using data to uncover opportunities that drive satisfaction and reduce churn. This is a unique opportunity for a marketer with strong analytical acumen and project management chops. You’ll not only partner with our dedicated Broadband analytics, insights, and intelligence teams but also bring your own hands-on data skills to extract insights, inform strategy, and optimize performance. You’ll be a key player in moving fast, aligning teams, and keeping marketing initiatives on track in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
