About the position

We're looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You'll work across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels to create unified, high-impact campaigns that bring our brand story to life.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns-strategy, briefing, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Partner closely with brand, content, performance, product, comms, and creative teams to align messaging and rollout plans.
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars across key moments (product launches, seasonal events, partnerships, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints including social, email, digital, experiential, and PR.
  • Use data to track performance, report on ROI, and continuously refine campaign strategies.
  • Identify cultural trends and real-time opportunities to activate creative and timely campaigns.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in an integrated or brand campaign-focused role.
  • Experience marketing a consumer brand. Consumer Marketplace is a PLUS
  • Proven track record of managing 360° campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in or working with Gen Z audiences is a plus.
