About the position
JLL is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic summer intern to join our Global Marketing Operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment while contributing to real-world projects within a leading global commercial real estate services firm. The program includes a comprehensive introduction to JLL's business, culture, and operations, exposure to various aspects of corporate marketing operations, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the application of academic knowledge to practical marketing operations tasks. Interns will develop essential skills in project management, process improvement, and workflow management, explore emerging technologies, including AI applications in marketing, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day Marketing Operations activities
- Participate in process improvement projects
- Contribute to workflow management initiatives
- Collaborate on AI-driven marketing solutions
- Support strategic planning efforts within the team
- Engage in cross-functional projects as assigned
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to team members
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Strong academic performance and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Interest in marketing technology and AI applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, both in person and virtual
- Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
