Intern - Sales & Campaign Coord/Marketing

About the position

Our Lamar office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is now hiring a Sales & Campaign Coordinator/Marketing intern! The purpose of this role is to assist the Sales Manager and sales staff personnel with various work tasks and projects associated with the sales cycle, including strategy, production, client service, and performance reporting under the supervision of the local management team. This is a paid internship at $15/ hour with a Mon - Fri, 8a - 6p work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in planning, coordinating, and executing client billboard campaigns.
• Assist in gathering and organizing proof of performance documentation (photos, reports, recaps).
• Track production status and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Support internal communication between departments (e.g., sales, charting, operations, design).
• Prospect and research local businesses or brands for coordinators to create spec art.
• Participate in team brainstorms and strategy sessions.
• Contribute to social media planning or internal marketing projects.
• Assist in creating client-facing presentations. Create maps and proposals.
