We are looking for a senior product manager who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of Adobe's core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved). As a member of the Buying Programs organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations! This position requires a someone who can jump from high-level strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading projects from end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Create, prioritize, and test user-stories as a scrum product owner based on business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy.
  • Develop user-stories and prioritize activities based on customer impact, business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy.
  • Define acceptance criteria for testing and work closely with engineering, QE, and users on creating and implementing test plans.
  • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of system and process documentation.
  • Build partnerships with key stakeholders to lead them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes required to deliver business value.
  • Serve as a business process and systems subject matter expert for internal and customer facing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
  • 7+ years of experience in an operational role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution.
  • Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Shown confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Scrum and business change management certification a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and automation processes.
