Responsibilities

• Managing maintenance tasks: assisting in handling and assigning maintenance tasks for the consumer web portal, based on requests from HQ and local markets.
• Optimizing conversion processes: collaborating in the design and management of enhancements related to conversion flows and contact forms across the consumer website.
• Governing quality and maintenance processes: including SEO and URL management (in collaboration with SEO specialists), style and content oversight (in coordination with the global Product Manager), and bug fixing (in collaboration with the Information & Technology department).
• Monitoring analytics dashboards: conducting first-level reviews of performance dashboards across key markets.
• Supporting innovation projects: contributing, when needed, to requirements gathering and planning of digital innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in product marketing and digital environments.
• Desire to work in an international and cross-functional context.
• Professional proficiency in English - both written and spoken.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
