Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of applications already in operation at Repsol Renewables.
- Manage functional and technical corrective actions, the application's own infrastructure, and contract renewals.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of evolutions to be carried out both in SaaS and in applications deployed in Repsol infrastructure.
- Support the Renewable Business Partner in managing the business's own demand; identifying opportunities and new initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress at each project phase.
- Work closely with Repsol's corporate IT engineering team and the OT department to develop communication and cybersecurity projects.
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation.
- Support the OT department in projects related to Operational Technology, ensuring integration and interoperability between IT and OT systems.
- Ensure that all projects comply with energy sector regulations and the company's internal policies.
- Guide, motivate, and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience as an IT/Product Delivery Lead Associate, preferably in the energy sector.
- Demonstrable experience in application and communication project management.
- Experience in OT projects and their integration with IT systems will be valued.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Spanish language will be valued.
