Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of applications already in operation at Repsol Renewables.
  • Manage functional and technical corrective actions, the application's own infrastructure, and contract renewals.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of evolutions to be carried out both in SaaS and in applications deployed in Repsol infrastructure.
  • Support the Renewable Business Partner in managing the business's own demand; identifying opportunities and new initiatives.
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting progress at each project phase.
  • Work closely with Repsol's corporate IT engineering team and the OT department to develop communication and cybersecurity projects.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation.
  • Support the OT department in projects related to Operational Technology, ensuring integration and interoperability between IT and OT systems.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with energy sector regulations and the company's internal policies.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience as an IT/Product Delivery Lead Associate, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in application and communication project management.
  • Experience in OT projects and their integration with IT systems will be valued.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Spanish language will be valued.
