As part of the day-to-day role within the clients Compliance team, the primary function is to take on most of the volumes of marketing material that are submitted by various product management, client relationship, and sales teams. These are submitted for content and jurisdictional reviews which means ensuring anything that the client distribute externally is compliant with the various regulating bodies within AMERs region. The team are required to control the pipeline of marketing materials and to allocate the work throughout the team to ensure volumes are completed within prescribed timeframes as well as minimising the volumes being given to those with less capacity. Queries sent through to the marketing distro are also expected to be addressed or diverted to relevant team members as needed.
