Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at events, booths, and outreach locations
• Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations and storytelling
• Communicate campaign messages, encourage donations, and answer questions
• Assist with event logistics, setup, and distributing promotional materials
• Record and track donor interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to refine engagement strategies
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen communication and fundraising skills

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for social causes, nonprofit work, or community engagement
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to inspire and connect
• Comfort working in face-to-face, fast-paced environments
• Flexible availability, including weekends and event-based shifts
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
