About the position

Centerfield is seeking a savvy Lifecycle marketer to shape campaigns and lifecycle strategies across our Business Services Division. This role involves the end-to-end creation, optimization, and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of business customers.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute top-notch email and SMS marketing campaigns for insurance inquiring audiences using Iterable.
  • Engage closely with the Director of Lifecycle to understand campaign requirements and strategize effectively.
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness using defined KPIs, driving ideation for optimization based on data insights.
  • Uphold a high standard of quality by delivering creatives and campaigns that undergo thorough QA testing.
  • Collaborate with teams like Advertising Operations, Data Warehouse, Engineering, and Design to ensure integrated campaign success.
  • Ensure the technical setup of email campaigns is accurate, providing necessary information for success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to guarantee well-built and well-tested marketing assets.
  • Consistently achieve impactful results through a data-driven approach, utilizing email best practices, segmentation, optimization, and deliverability strategies.
  • Bring creativity and innovation to suggest enhancements for creative solutions, improved processes, and optimization.
  • Skilled in managing processes and timelines, with experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
