About the position

This role leads integrated marketing communications to promote products, engage customers, and support business goals, with a strong focus on managing paid media strategy and planning across various channels and tactics such as video, display, social, search, etc. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic marketing programs through paid media, analyzing data and extracting insights to support business decisions, collaborating with business leaders to align strategies and driving integrated communications. The position requires an experienced professional with strategic leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing communications programs aimed at increasing the profitability of company products and services through various advertising media.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and implement advertising, communications, tools, front door, and IT programs that align with AT&T's strategy and business goals.
  • Assist in executing the sponsorships strategy, manage day-to-day business operations, and develop experiential marketing initiatives and property integrations to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated communications, tools, and support programs to support the strategic business objectives, utilizing advanced principles, theories, and concepts in marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
