About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator Lead, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. A typical day will include acting as team lead and assisting with scheduling needs, providing feedback to managers regarding individual performances, and managing customer expectations. You will ensure that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. The role requires using persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs.
  • Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommend any additional training needed.
  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
  • Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
  • Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements.
  • Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
  • Enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy.
