This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. The Marketing & Growth Organization is AT&T’s marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers, captivating them with compelling products, services and experiences; and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. As a Lead Marketing Management supporting Internal Communications in AT&T’s Marketing & Growth organization and reporting into the MGO Chief of Staff team, you will develop and execute content strategies that engage, inform, and inspire our internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement internal communication content strategies that effectively support Marketing & Growth initiatives, promote organizational values, and enhance employee engagement.
  • Develop, edit, and oversee high-quality content for a variety of internal channels including intranet, newsletters, emails, presentations, and digital platforms.
  • Partner with MGO teams, Corporate Communications, HR, Leadership, and other internal teams to understand communication needs, gather insights, and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Analyze employee demographics, preferences, and feedback to craft targeted communication that resonates with diverse internal audiences.
  • Ensure all content adheres to AT&T’s brand voice, compliance standards, and corporate communication policies.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns using metrics and employee feedback; adjust strategies to improve impact.
  • Assist in communicating organizational changes, initiatives, and updates clearly and positively to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Explore and recommend new tools, formats, and technologies to enhance internal content delivery and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in content strategy, preferably within internal communications and/or marketing.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored for internal audiences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, intranet platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring content effectiveness.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for fostering positive workplace culture.
