About the position

We are looking for a visionary, customer-obsessed and technology-focused Product Manager with expertise in mobile app development. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of CLEAR's mobile app experience, delivering impactful solutions that drive user satisfaction and business growth. You will be at the forefront of accelerating the growth of CLEAR's Aviation and Verified product lines, creating a unified mobile experience that enhances the lives of millions of members while driving significant business outcomes. The ideal candidate has a proven history of delivering flexible, scalable technology solutions capable of supporting rapid growth and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for CLEAR's Mobile app, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and member needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Operations, Member Care, Marketing, Security, and Legal to drive a shared vision and accelerate product development
  • Lead the unification of CLEAR's Aviation (B2C) and Verified (B2B2C) products within a single, cohesive mobile experience
  • Champion product excellence and innovation by balancing bigger bets with iterative product improvements rooted in performance metrics and user feedback
  • Be accountable for driving measurable business outcomes, including member acquisition and retention, mobile app engagement, and CLEAR Plus subscription growth

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire product teams with a deep sense of customer empathy, driving user advocacy throughout the product lifecycle
  • Spearheading large-scale mobile app initiatives, managing technical trade-offs, and ensuring architecture is scalable and secure for both iOS and Android platforms
  • Establishing a data-driven culture that orients your team and the broader organization around key performance like mobile app user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention; and CLEAR Plus subscription conversion and retention rates
  • Collaborative and strategic prioritization skills, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while maintaining a focus on delivering impactful solutions
  • Leading with a future-focused mindset, ensuring products are not only meeting today's needs but also ready to meet tomorrow's opportunities and challenges
