Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to position AT&T’s Home Internet offerings, including Fiber and fixed wireless products, as market leaders.
  • Contribute to the creation of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer needs.
  • Use consumer data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and support the achievement of business targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader corporate strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to provide recommendations for shaping marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate product and commercialization business cases and new opportunities for potential marketing support.
  • Develop scenario planning for marketing contingencies to proactively respond to competitive and industry scenarios.
  • Assist in defining and articulating product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support the development of narratives that resonate with residential customers, emphasizing reliability, speed, and secure connectivity.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the Internet service provider market.
  • Use data-driven analysis to provide insights that guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Help track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed of emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices within the Internet service provider industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing within residential technology, preferably in Internet services or telecommunications.
  • Proven ability to support the development of marketing strategies and product positioning to drive growth and differentiation.
  • Business case evaluation and strategic recommendations.
  • Marketing scenario planning experience.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.
