About the position
As a member of the product marketing team at Kraken, you will play a critical role in advancing the product strategy for OTC & Prime offerings. This position involves contributing to the product vision and roadmap, leading product launches, and elevating the existing product portfolio. You will craft compelling product narratives, drive sales enablement, and support Kraken’s ecosystem growth through strategic partnerships and market insights. Your expertise in customer research will help shape marketing strategies that resonate with professional traders and institutions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the OTC and Prime product vision and roadmap by partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product and feature launches.
- Evaluate the performance and positioning of existing products to identify areas of opportunity.
- Own the development of compelling product positioning, messaging, and packaging strategies.
- Lead the creation and delivery of sales enablement materials and messaging strategies.
- Architect go-to-market efforts that expand Kraken’s footprint globally.
- Conduct deep analysis of customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Lead discovery and validation work through focus groups, panels, surveys, and user interviews.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, and/or trading platforms.
- Deep expertise in OTC trading and lending as well as Prime offerings.
- Experience marketing to institutional and private client segments.
- Proven success launching products and features using market, customer, and behavioral insights.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with strong experience in positioning products to different user segments.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of crafting powerful, differentiated product narratives.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable navigating trading metrics.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
- Strong communication skills across various formats and audiences.
