Lead Product Marketing Manager

About the position

Veracity Insurance Solutions is seeking a Lead Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help achieve its growth goals. This role is pivotal in shaping how product marketing is executed both strategically and creatively, serving as a bridge between various departments. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of PMMs, report directly to the VP of Marketing, and be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, researching the market, positioning products, crafting campaigns, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and performance goals. Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor a team of PMMs while also owning performance outcomes across multiple products and programs.
• Set Strategic Direction by aligning team and individual goals with company priorities for growth, evolving team structure, and making budget recommendations.
• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration as the primary bridge between PMMs and resource managers across Content, Creative, Partnerships, and Digital Marketing.
• Standardize & Scale essential PMM deliverables—like market research, creative briefs, and growth proposals—ensuring quality and consistency across the org.
• Drive Customer-Centric Strategy by turning insights into messaging, positioning, and product opportunities.
• Foster a PMM Community of Practice to share best practices, build repeatable processes, and scale impact as the team grows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Digital Marketer, or similar non-individual contributor roles collaborating with others, creating marketing strategies, gathering resources, reporting results, etc.
