About the position

The Offer Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and refining comprehensive pricing models and offer strategies to adapt to market changes and drive customer engagement. This role involves managing national, local, channel, and strategic offers, including wireless device offers and other targeted promotions, and optimizing pricing strategies based on data analysis. The position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the specified locations: Atlanta, GA, El Segundo, CA, and Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Perform targeted offer analysis to understand customer behaviors, develop proactive pricing scenarios, and tailor strategies to maximize engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed post-launch evaluations, examining metrics such as churn rates, close rates, and customer satisfaction to provide actionable insights for refining future strategies.
  • Develop financial forecasts as inputs to finance official forecast submissions for the offer spend.
  • Collaborate with channel and segment leaders on growth initiatives, ensuring that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex datasets (e.g., customer behavior, churn rates, and close rates) to draw actionable insights.
  • Experience in creating financial models, pricing models, and forecasts.
  • Identifying trends, understanding root causes, and solving problems effectively.
  • Expertise in assessing the success of pricing or promotional strategies and adjusting based on metrics like customer satisfaction or ROI.
  • Developing creative solutions to adapt to market changes.
  • Flexibility to respond to changing market dynamics or priorities.
  • Confidence in making data-driven decisions with significant business impact.
