The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for collaborating with Product Manager(s), Technology, Lines of Business, Risk and other key partners to define and maximize specific bank product(s). Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of a product that exceeds customer expectations and drives growth for the Bank. Will define, develop and lead the implementation of product roadmap deliverables, capabilities, and adoption, supporting business outcomes and lead a robust, continuous prioritization process to maximize total value, risk mitigation, and other business benefits across the Bank. At this level will usually require some guidance and input from more senior Product Owners or leadership. In some work environments, will be a key leader for SAFe (Strategic Agile Framework) methodologies and will be responsible for the value delivered by the ART (Agile Release Train) by ensuring the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. Will manage and prioritize the team’s backlog by prioritizing, articulating, and delivering new features from ideation through production release. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk assessment, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. Support and adhere to all governance processes as defined by Enterprise.
