About the position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Adobe Experience Platform product within Consumer Technology. This role would be responsible for leading team in the design, development, testing, and implementation of features that support enterprise marketing data initiatives. In this role, you will lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact, act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions, design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs, review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, and make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions. You will also collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs

Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience with structured and unstructured data
- 5+ years designing application solutions at an enterprise scale
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) software
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Audience Manager, Customer Journey Analytics, Customer Data Platform, and/or Query Service/Data Distiller
- Experience working with AEP Integrations to third party products/vendors (Marketing Technologies, Social Media, etc.)
- Adobe Customer Data Platform certification
