About the position

Lead the content strategy and execution for Raptive's growth marketing efforts, creating high-value assets that convert cold prospects into engaged leads and drive them through segmented nurture journeys toward application and conversion while managing the full customer lifecycle from awareness to advocacy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content calendar across all funnel stages
  • Create gated content assets (guides, templates, checklists, infographics) for lead capture
  • Build assessment tools (RPM calculators, SEO health checkers) with dev team support
  • Write and optimize email sequences for segmented nurture streams
  • Collaborate with internal experts to create high impact content (white papers, research, etc)
  • Standardize and communicate relevant, strategic data points for general comms
  • Own the lead scoring model implementation and optimization
  • Design and execute A/B tests for CTAs, content offers, and nurture sequences
  • Manage segmented nurture tracks by vertical, growth stage, and pain points
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to identify new or existing data to inform segmentation planning. Coordinate on technical implementation
  • Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates at each stage
  • Execute systematic testing of value-first CTAs vs. direct application asks
  • Test content formats (email vs. video vs. blog) for different segments
  • Optimize lead magnet performance and engagement metrics
  • Implement re-engagement campaigns for disengaged prospects
  • Partner with Creator Growth (Sales) teams to identify content gaps and data points to align messaging across customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate feature launches and product insights into demand generation content assets
  • Monitor content performance trends and competitive landscape to inform content strategy and messaging optimization
  • Experiment with emerging content formats (interactive content, short-form video) and marketing technologies (generative AI tools) to enhance lead engagement and scalable personalization

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaign development
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • SaaS or B2B experience preferred

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $60,000-$100,000
  • Eligible for additional incentive compensation
