In this role as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing and improving each brand’s guest retention rate – supporting the guest experience from their first visit and beyond! As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive data-driven lifecycle communications aimed at engaging customers throughout their journey. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of customer lifecycle stages, data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will support email, SMS, and in-app journeys. This role is a part of the Growth Marketing function within the marketing department, directly reporting into the Senior Manager, CRM & Loyalty.
