About the position

Stratasys is leading the global shift to additive manufacturing with innovative 3D printing solutions for industries such as aerospace, automotive, consumer products and healthcare. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialists role is to lead, facilitate and manage email campaigns, automation, and engagement strategies. You'll be responsible for creating and writing email content, building and optimizing email flows in Marketo/HubSpot, and collaborating with marketing stakeholders and PMMs. A key part of this role is proactively engaging with the marketing team to gather content and ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email campaigns, including nurture flows, lead scoring, newsletters, email blasts, and event/webinar communications in Marketo/HubSpot.
  • Write compelling, education and conversion-driven email content, ensuring messaging aligns with business goals.
  • Work with product marketing and regional teams to develop email plans & content, actively following up to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
  • Design and implement evergreen nurture flows, automated customer journeys, and lifecycle campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
  • Manage list uploads, audience segmentation, and database accuracy.
  • Track open rates, CTR, conversions, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integration with CRM (Salesforce), manage workflow tracking on Monday boards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email Marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • 2 or more years' experience creating and managing automated email flows, evergreen nurture campaigns, and customer journey communications.
  • 2 or more years' Hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong email content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of email best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Salesforce CRM knowledge and experience.
  • Analytical skills - ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
