Maintenance Technician II

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Maintenance II is responsible for preventive maintenance and basic repair on tools, equipment, and machinery in the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and basic repair on equipment.
• Maintains an inventory of spare parts.
• Ensures all forklift drivers are certified and certifications are current.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all records and documentation related to the machinery.
• Responsible for the adherence of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Ensures all forklift driver's maintenance and machine records are current and accurate.
• Ensures accuracy and compliance of the Lockout/Tagout Policy and procedures for each piece of equipment.
• This Job may involve operating an IR Sort Machine and a Forklift. Training and support will be provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associate degree (2-year college or technical school), preferred.
