About the position

The Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the Belk Partner Marketing program. This role is responsible for partnering with internal merchants and marketing partners as well as outside vendors. This role will be integral to the day-to-day operations and growing the advertising capabilities for the program. Belk Partner Marketing program is responsible for on-site and off-site digital as well as print marketing to achieve vendor and Belk goals. Responsible for account management, campaign planning/trafficking, budget management, and testing ideation and execution. Ownership of campaign structure, tactical direction, optimization, spend, and return on ad spend. Strategize coordination of design with content teams to develop campaign assets. Partner with various media channel managers to execute Belk Partner Marketing campaigns. Curating/advising merchant counterparts and executives on utilizing Belk Partner Marketing dollars to implement strategies and promotions. Plan and forecast weekly spend for business unit and finance. Determine and allocate monthly budget to hit ROAS targets and manage invoices timely. Analyze and leverage data to make informed decisions to drive an increase in sales while reducing costs. Lead and deliver campaign and monthly reporting recaps. Partner with Director on process improvement, change management, and system needs based on the competitive landscape. Perform other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in building out and continuously optimizing a Digital Marketing program and budget for a large scale retailer.
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience.
  • 1-3 years Adobe Analytics experience.
