Manager, Full-Stack .NET Software Engineer

About the position

As a Manager Full-stack Software Engineer, you will actively engage in your engineering craft, taking a hands-on approach to multiple high-visibility projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering solutions that delight customers and users, while also driving tangible value for Deloitte's business investments. You will leverage your extensive engineering craftsmanship and advanced proficiency across multiple programming languages and modern frameworks, consistently demonstrating your exemplary track record in delivering high-quality, outcome-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player and mentor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions.

• Review code of other engineers, mentoring them to ensure all quality KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Develop lean engineering solutions through rapid, inexpensive experimentation to solve customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years excellent software engineering foundation with deep understanding of OOP/OOD, sequence/activity/state/ER/DFD diagrams, data-structure, algorithms, code instrumentations, etc.
• 6+ years proven experience with Angular, React, C#, .NET Core.
• 6+ years of experience with cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on cloud hyper-scalers - AWS.
• 2+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing complex domain driven systems with heavy business rules.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years in full-stack software engineering and cloud native development.
• US & International Tax domain knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with US & International Payroll & Reward Taxation domain is a plus along with understanding of Tax Equalization, Tax Withholding and Tax Gross Up.
