Capital One, a Fortune Magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” is seeking a Manager to join our Retail Bank Marketing team. This role will support our Integrated Strategy team, who is responsible for developing marketing & campaign strategy, including creative & messaging plans, that lead to cohesive customer experiences across all customers, channels & the full customer lifecycle. This new role will be focused on building a long-term vision, horizontally across all bank products, that outlines how Retail Bank should be leveraging promotional offers (incentives) to meet our ambitious new account, deposits & customer engagement goals. A close partnership with Incentive Products, a team focused on building the technical capabilities necessary to bring promotional offers to market, will be critical to building the long-term roadmap.
