Responsibilities

  • Provide input into the annual marketing plan that aligns to and supports business plan and growth ambitions
  • Support the development and execution of a content strategy that focuses on building differentiated messaging and value propositions, as well as sales and marketing tools including videos, social assets, and case studies
  • Apply a strategic perspective and bring an innovative approach when developing the tactical execution plans, while working effectively with cross-functional teams to execute the plan elements
  • Oversee the creation of strategy, plan, execution, and optimization of programs including social media, podcasts, webinars, advertising, content creation, maintaining web presence, and KPMG presence at conferences and other events
  • Project manage a variety of programs by developing and utilizing project plans; execute plans on time, on budget, and deliver high quality programs
  • Leverage marketing metrics to assess program effectiveness and impact on the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Minimum eight years of recent integrated marketing experience, ideally within a Fortune 500 Enterprise technology or software company, or professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Deep experience in marketing campaign planning and execution, events, social and digital marketing
  • Understanding of the firm's structure, marketing organization structure, and how to navigate operational requirements
  • Strategic thinker and strong program leader; strong project and budget management experience
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
