Boingo is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the systems, workflows, and analytics that power our marketing engine. This role is a key member of the Business Acquisition & Retention (BAR) team, which oversees RFP development, pitch materials, and marketing programs that support sales enablement and client growth. The Manager will bring rigor and innovation to the proposal lifecycle, while also serving as a key operations partner to our top-of-funnel B2B and B2C marketing teams. From implementing scalable tools to driving cross-team coordination and delivering actionable performance insights, this role ensures Boingo's marketing operations are efficient, aligned, and data-informed.
