About the position

Are you a project manager who is entrepreneurial and methodical? Do you enjoy improving existing processes and doing things differently? FTI Consulting's Corporate Marketing team is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join us. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional who can lead complex, multi-phased marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. This individual will also provide strategic and operational oversight for our Global Video Production and Design Teams by helping to improve workflows, standardize processes and ensure alignment across initiatives. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, the ability to anticipate needs and risks, and the confidence to drive cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones and adjust project timelines as needed.
  • Effectively prepare for and lead project meetings and written communications to drive purpose and objectives.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address them.
  • Lead coordination among cross-functional marketing teams, agency partners and senior business stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze project outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the production workflow.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, project completion and content effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the broader Marketing Operations team and other functional teams on refining a campaign intake and management process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or digital production coordination, ideally within a global organization or creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital production processes, including video, creative development, web integration, and media distribution.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with digital asset management systems and media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to proactively address issues and implement solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
