About the position

As the National Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key player in bringing the CELSIUS® brand to life through impactful in-market experiences. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of national field marketing efforts across key markets, managing a dynamic team of Regional Field Marketing Managers and Field Marketing Coordinators. Your work will drive deep consumer engagement, build brand loyalty, and support national sales objectives. You’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on leadership—developing campaigns, managing events, building relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring the brand shows up consistently and meaningfully in the real world. Must be able to work on-site full time at either Celsius headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, or the Alani Nu headquarters in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute national field marketing campaigns and local activations
  • Manage and develop Regional Field Marketing Managers and Coordinators
  • Set and track KPIs to ensure brand consistency and performance across markets
  • Oversee ideation, planning, and execution of field marketing events and activations
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Creative, Digital, Influencer) to align integrated campaigns
  • Liaise with field and HQ teams for communication, feedback, and alignment
  • Build and manage relationships with national sales teams, distributors, and third-party agencies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Finance, HR, Legal, Creative, and Fleet Management
  • Create field team toolkits and resources to support market-level execution
  • Monitor market trends and consumer feedback to evolve engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with Insights team to refine targeting and inform strategic direction
  • Manage national fleet operations: vehicle procurement, branding, maintenance, and tracking
  • Ensure legal compliance and alignment with brand guidelines in all activations
  • Own and track field marketing budget and provide ongoing ROI reporting

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in field marketing, brand activation, or experiential marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven leadership managing and scaling teams across multiple regions
  • Experience with budget management, ROI analysis, and P&L ownership
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and executional agility
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance to senior leadership
  • Deep understanding of consumer engagement, trends, and the wellness/beverage category
  • Passion for the better-for-you brand and active nutrition space
