About the position

The Manager of Digital Transformation & IT Product Management is a visionary leadership role responsible for personally spearheading Dynavox Group's digital transformation efforts while managing internal IT product portfolios. This role goes beyond traditional management to directly identify, conceptualize, and champion innovative digital opportunities across the organization. While overseeing IT Product Managers and Digitalization Managers, this leader will actively drive the discovery and execution of transformative digital solutions, streamline operations, and revolutionize business processes through technology. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on innovator and a strategic leader who proactively shapes the company's digital future.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, conceptualize, and champion digital transformation opportunities throughout the organization.
  • Actively scout emerging technologies and market trends to develop visionary digital strategies.
  • Engage directly in solution design workshops, proof-of-concept development, and innovation sprints.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team while fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
  • Build stakeholder and executive-level relationships to identify untapped opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Shape and champion a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap and product portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Innovation, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT product management, digital transformation, or related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of personally identifying and successfully implementing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks, digital platforms, cloud solutions, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience personally leading digital transformation across multiple business domains (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Service).
  • Experience designing and building innovative solutions in Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrated innovation portfolio with examples of personally conceived and implemented digital solutions.
