About the position

Lead the Charge at Cheetah Clean Auto Wash! Become Our Next Manager on Duty! Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, keeping operations on track, and leading a reliable team? Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is looking for a Manager on Duty to help run the day-to-day and make sure our customers always leave with a great experience. This role offers $16-$18/hr, depending on experience — plus commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
• Monitor workflow and assist with scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Review completed work and ensure vehicles meet company expectations.
• Track supply usage and coordinate with managers on needed equipment and materials.
• Help maintain a safe and clean work environment by supporting safety protocols.
• Assist with employee development and help implement strategies for improved performance.
• Take responsibility for store open/close procedures.
• Enforce company policies and help uphold team accountability.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supervising a team, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• A reliable, hands-on work style.
• Ability to multitask and adjust to daily needs.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours.
