About the position
Lead the Charge at Cheetah Clean Auto Wash! Become Our Next Manager on Duty! Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, keeping operations on track, and leading a reliable team? Cheetah Clean Auto Wash is looking for a Manager on Duty to help run the day-to-day and make sure our customers always leave with a great experience. This role offers up to $18/hr, depending on experience — plus commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
- Monitor workflow and assist with scheduling to meet customer demand.
- Review completed work and ensure vehicles meet company expectations.
- Track supply usage and coordinate with managers on needed equipment and materials.
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment by supporting safety protocols.
- Assist with employee development and help implement strategies for improved performance.
- Take responsibility for store open/close procedures.
- Enforce company policies and help uphold team accountability.

- Experience leading or supervising a team, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- A reliable, hands-on work style.
