The Manager of Paid Search marketing will manage, execute and optimize a strategic test and learn approach for IHG’s customer-centric paid search marketing program, ensuring flawless delivery while driving channel efficiencies and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all aspects of IHG’s paid search marketing program, including campaign management, optimization, technology solutions, integrations and processes.
Deliver the strategic vision and implementation of a paid search marketing program in support of business and stakeholder priorities, leveraging industry-leading recommendations and solutions.
Apply knowledge of paid search and general marketing principles, concepts and industry practices and standards in the analysis of information and overall project effectiveness.
Elevate and promote new ways of working that leverage marketing automation where possible for efficiency.
Develop and nurture strong relationships – cross-functional team members, stakeholders, senior leadership, and vendor partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, Advertising, Business or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
3+ years progressive work-related experience and demonstrated proficiency in paid search marketing or related digital marketing field, preferably in an international business and/or within travel/hospitality industry.
Demonstrated knowledge of the paid search marketing landscape, principles, and industry best practices.
Experience engaging and influencing cross-functional working partnerships in a global organization.
Creative problem solver that can frame issues effectively for leadership.
Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
Strong interpersonal and above-average communication skills.
