Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Patient Experience Marketing - Neuroscience to be located in Titusville, NJ. Responsibilities

  • Mine existing data and develop learning plans to inform the operations and communication approaches for our programs.
  • Develop compliant metrics to measure program impact and inform optimization.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner across a cross-functional team to ensure pull-through of customer experience strategies and identify opportunities to support brand strategies.
  • Enhance messaging and build an omnichannel communications plan to drive awareness and engagement with J&J Neuroscience patient support programs.
  • Develop and socialize business cases to assess the viability of programs.
  • Understand the evolving regulatory compliance and legal environment with respect to patient support programs.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant program operations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a B.A./B.S. is required.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years total healthcare business experience (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, payer) is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing or similar experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and experience presenting to senior management is required.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, collaboration and negotiation skills is required.
  • High level planning or business planning experience is preferred.
  • Experience with product launch and/or in line marketing experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and be customer/market oriented.
