About the position

As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and maintain strategic marketing initiatives and execution of activities for business units with a focus on driving top line sales and incremental growth and increasing traffic to owned websites and mobile app. This is a hybrid work model position. Disclaimer: Applicant must reside in the same country as the primary location of role as outlined in this job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the yearly plan including leading the development of creative asset and executing the marketing plan via the Marketing Channel Owners.
  • Partner with in-store communications team and on grand opening, remodel and acquisition sign ordering and manage implementation process.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends including marketing and technologies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners to drive awareness and offerings to our guests.
  • Work in conjunction with Pharmacy Business Unit leadership team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed to highest outcome potential.
  • Increase awareness of the pharmacy's brand and its services.
  • Support the annual Pharmacy Marketing budget.
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing Manager at times to execute the localized growth and retention tactics at a store level (underperforming stores, comp defense, etc).

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Retail Marketing or Advertising Agency.
