The People Data Hub is Capital One's destination for organizational and talent analytics. PDH serves a range of customers - from executives and people leaders making organizational decisions to associates who need to share knowledge with their colleagues. The PDH leverages data from across the HR lifecycle and marries it with advanced analytical techniques and generative AI to bring deep insights to life.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development for core functionality within the People Data Hub.
  • Raise the bar on product craft, demonstrating what good looks like across product strategy and roadmap development, design, development, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
  • Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across HR, engineering, cyber, risk, and legal to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a holistic view of tradeoffs and risks.
  • Collaborate with peers leading data and platform initiatives with HR and across the enterprise to ensure continual knowledge sharing and feedback loops to drive innovation and minimize arbitrary uniqueness.
  • Communicate to senior leaders and internal customers to share updates, resolve roadblocks, and surface constraints.
  • Build trust and credibility through consistent delivery and effective management of complex dependencies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management.
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or a Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile product management.
  • 3+ years of experience in building BI/analytics tools and platforms.
  • 3+ years experience building HR/talent software-as-a-service.
