About the position

The Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing innovative Occasion-based marketing strategies and creating distinctive programs that enhance engagement, relevance, and consumption. This individual will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life as we continue our success and expand within the realm of Occasions consumer marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop innovative and insight-driven, occasion-based marketing strategies.
  • Create distinctive marketing programs aimed at boosting brand awareness, equity, engagement, relevance, and product consumption.
  • Assess emerging consumer trends and determine opportunities for Red Bull to engage with consumers in innovative and impactful ways.
  • Work alongside the Director to spearhead the development and execution of unique, integrated cross-functional marketing campaigns across various aspects of the Red Bull marketing mix.
  • Maintain consistency in strategy across all elements of each campaign, and develop tools and resources that ensure 'best-in-class' execution.
  • Focus on achieving exceptional execution and develop top-tier campaigns designed to enhance brand awareness, equity, relevance, engagement, and ultimately product consumption.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to aid in the enhancement and amplification of national programs through ideas that resonate on a regional level.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure alignment with global standards and the adoption of best practices and worldwide tools.
  • Offer brand consultation and support for relevant Regional, Retail, eCommerce, and On Premise Marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize insights tools in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team to assess and improve programs, campaigns, and engagements before they are implemented.
  • Regularly use consumer research and post-event analysis reports to continually refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of shared responsibility, collaboration, and partnership.
  • Assist in focusing the organization's efforts on comprehensive campaigns and maximizing the potential of Red Bull's marketing strategies.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with key stakeholders and maintain consistent messaging across all initiatives.
  • Develop and nurture strong connections with agency partners and third-party vendors, ensuring their work meets high standards while holding them accountable for project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in brand and product marketing, with a focus on the fundamentals of brand management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including managing projects by developing timelines and key milestones.
  • Skilled in using consumer insights and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively within a complex organizational structure.
  • Experience in managing agencies and developing digital-based plans; familiarity with retail is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the gaming community and game intellectual property is also beneficial.
