About the position

The North America Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Core, is responsible for supporting our Core Products strategy and execution in the US market. This role requires a leader who can design and implement an effective product strategy, including end-to-end go-to-market plans, issuer and channel marketing, events, lead generation, usage campaigns, and social media. The North America Senior Manager for Core Products will design effective marketing strategies and lead execution for our Consumer Credit, Pre-paid, Debit, Installments, and other Core solutions. This includes launching new products and benefits, creating comprehensive product narratives, and managing cross-functional collaboration, agency relationships, and budgets. Additionally, this person will elevate the B2B Brand by managing marquee events for the region. The role involves close collaboration with the B2B marketing, Product, Consumer Marketing, and Sponsorships teams to develop and amplify creative campaigns that align with our brand and business goals. This position supports the US Director of Product Marketing - Core Solutions, and reports to the Vice President of B2B, Product, and Events Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective product strategy for Core Products in the US market.
  • Create end-to-end go-to-market plans, including issuer and channel marketing.
  • Manage events, lead generation, usage campaigns, and social media.
  • Launch new products and benefits, and create comprehensive product narratives.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration and agency relationships.
  • Elevate the B2B Brand by managing marquee events for the region.
  • Collaborate with B2B marketing, Product, Consumer Marketing, and Sponsorships teams.
  • Develop and amplify creative campaigns that align with brand and business goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Financial Services.
  • Proven record of success in KPIs such as lead generation, usage, and spend increase.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Skilled in managing multiple agency relationships.
  • Adept at fostering relationships and collaborating across a matrix organization.
  • Experience in managing and executing tradeshows, conferences, and/or experiential events.

  • Experience in the Financial Payments landscape.
