As a Marketing Team lead, you will develop methods to strategically maximize the profitability of the Foodservice category including the Smithfield, Margharita and Smoke 'N Fast brands. This position will also lead branded initiatives in retail packaged meats across the Smithfield, Farmer John and Farmland brands. You will facilitate collaboration cross-functionally across the company from our sales teams to our business management operations to delivering the best products and marketing campaigns to our customers and consumers. This position is accountable for the overall direction, strategy and execution for the marketing of the Foodservice and retail packaged meats brands. It will develop and manage advertising and promotion strategies by utilizing creative and effective media plans and proper Management of agency relationships. This position will lead overall brand strategy, brand planning, creative development, brand programming, and media strategy while working with internal departments and external creative and media agencies.
