About the position

The Alan B. Miller Medical Center is set to open in Spring 2026 as a neighborhood hospital with medical center excellence. This new state-of-the-art facility will be part of UHS' expanding regional network of healthcare operations, which includes Wellington Regional Medical Center and other healthcare services. The medical center will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building, and a helistop, covering 365,000 square feet of hospital and medical office space. It will provide comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics, Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurosurgical services. The campus will also host medical office buildings for outpatient services.

Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for improving the facility's market position.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and media relations plan.
  • Build and develop brand awareness.
  • Generate patient volume.
  • Increase revenue.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated marketing and media relations techniques.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and self-motivation.
  • Outstanding ability to sell.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare field.
  • English verbal and written fluency.
