Comcast’s Consumer Research & Insights team provides research support and market research insights across Comcast’s divisions and product lines. The Consumer Research & Insights team executes quantitative and qualitative market research projects to support the organization in making informed decisions based on insightful market research data. The Consumer Research & Insights team is seeking a Market Research & Insights Analyst on a full-time basis to support various market research activities. This role provides a great opportunity for a dynamic individual to become part of a diverse, high-performing team in a large organization and be exposed to a range of cutting-edge market research methodologies and the research operations mechanism that drives it. This is a full time position working EST hours, requiring 4 days in the Philadelphia office. About the Role: The ideal candidate for this position is bright, curious, detail-oriented and passionate about using data to help improve the customer experience. In this role, you will work directly with our clients and deliver consulting projects to senior stakeholders. This position provides an excellent opportunity to apply your strong analytical background to the Customer Experience domain, while working directly with global, Fortune 500 companies.
