About the position

EDO is hiring a Marketing Activation Manager to own and scale marketing activations for our fast-growing adtech company. You’ll lead our online and offline marketing campaigns - including digital marketing, demand gen, and events. You’ll be a key driver of campaign strategy, scaled operation, execution and optimization across paid, owned and earned marketing channels, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership. This role best suits someone with strong digital and operational skills who’s eager to broaden their marketing expertise and grow as a well-rounded go-to-market leader in a small, high-impact team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital platforms (paid, owned, earned), driving MQL growth and pipeline impact using HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and custom tracking.
  • Support offline marketing activations, including in-person and virtual events, working closely with in-market Execs and Sales.
  • Manage contract partners effectively by setting clear expectations and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and maximize impact across go-to-market (marketing, sales, client services) and product/operations teams (engineering, IT, HR).
  • Regularly analyze performance data to guide testing, optimization, and innovation.
  • Clearly communicate campaign progress, insights, and results to senior leadership and partners.
  • Embrace curiosity and a growth mindset by experimenting with new tools and approaches.
  • Actively leverage AI and emerging marketing tech to boost campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with broader business context and industry trends to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in business-facing marketing roles - across digital marketing, demand gen, or campaign activation in fast-paced ad tech, martech, media, B2B SaaS, or agency companies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Hubspot CMS, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, ABM platforms, and marketing tech stacks.
  • Proven vendor and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Strong communicator, able to manage up and across with clarity and empathy.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and open to learning from and incorporating feedback.
  • Proactive self-starter: a detail-oriented, strategic thinker focused on business goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong marketing writing, design and UX skills — can write briefs + give actionable feedback to partners.
  • Graphic/video production skills are a plus - comfortable rolling up your sleeves with contract partners.
  • Curious and adaptable, embracing AI and new digital tools to innovate marketing.
