About the position

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This person will play a critical role in managing content, coordinating events, and expanding our media presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about marketing, events, and brand growth. This role will support a variety of initiatives—from scheduling podcast appearances and planning events, to coordinating newsletters and creating content strategies—all aimed at expanding our reach and generating qualified leads.

Responsibilities

  • Research and schedule in-state and out-of-state events for our team to attend.
  • Plan and coordinate branded events to attract new leads and partners.
  • Identify and secure event sponsorship opportunities.
  • Oversee YouTube content scheduling and management.
  • Create and manage social media content and templates (Facebook, LinkedIn, BiggerPockets, etc.).
  • Draft and distribute marketing emails, especially for fundraising and investor outreach.
  • Research and schedule podcast appearances for our spokesperson (Stewart).
  • Manage follow-up and logistics for podcast engagements.
  • Reach out to guest columnists and manage submissions for the newsletter.
  • Ensure timely publication of each newsletter.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and event coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and content tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite) a plus.
  • Podcast, video editing, or YouTube channel management experience is a bonus.
